The suspense in Amoanimaa’s Era is taking us by storm. It would be unforgivable to miss any episode due to the heightened tensions following Richard’s return from Sakora’s deadly voyage.

The top Gye Nyame Lodge member is currently divided in his mind as to whether to abandon Sakora’s daunting task and return to his wife Rebecca so they can rebuild their life devoid of any intrusion from the son of Owin.

After encountering the all-knowing Owin, Richard has come to grasp the full power of the god and one thing is certain - he is not one to mess with or even hide anything from because before you think, he already knows.

Being one who has always avoided trouble, Richard has seen his release from the celestial world as a blessing in disguise and he has already started on his plans to abandon ship.

Richard’s first bold and defiant move after returning was to try to step out of the bounds set for them by Sakora despite several warnings from Asempa chief priest, Yaw, and Trotro driver, Kwesi Manu. 

He has also had an unpleasant encounter with Sakora and made it clear to him that the tangent they are on is an exercise in futility because Owin is just a step away from finding out what he (Sakora) has been up to.

As usual, an adamant Sakora, bent on finding Amoanimaa is paying no heed to Richard and has even sent him on another mission to infiltrate the top class of Asempa village disguised as an investor who aims to propel the economic fortunes of Nana Kweku Duah’s jurisdiction.

Richard has however seen this new task as an escape route and has drawn out a way to escape from Essel and Bonsu while they are not expecting it.

The former businessman has already made contact with Rebecca who has informed him about the little Richard who has started growing inside her womb - news that is obviously music to his ears and an impetus to get him to move faster and reunite with Rebecca.

Will Richard be able to carry out his plan on the blindside of Sakora or will the son of Owin see through his lodge member’s actions and stop him in his tracks? Interesting days ahead, indeed.
